Thermexx
The PED Thermexx system uses a range of re-usable high
performance insulated containers. Each has it's own easily
re-chargeable energy cells which gradually transmit latent
energy while the goods are in transit.
Temperature profiles remain consistent regardless
of the number of vehicle door openings. Thermexx units
can be sub-divided to transport mixed temperature products
within the same container. This speeds up picking time,
maximises carrying capacity and reduces the need for separate
tote boxes.
Multi-temperature deliveries can be made in single temperature
vehicles, in any combination. Thermexx delivery systems
can also include insulated vehicle cassettes, into which
the Thermexx containers are loaded where extended delivery
times are required. Diffuser plates and vacuum insulation
packs are fitted where appropriate to further enhance
performance and provide up to six hours transit time.

Thermexx units are manufactured
from EPP, one of the world's best insulating materials,
combining strength and durability with lightweight construction.
Thermexx units exceed current food regulations for transporting
ambient, chilled and frozen foods. Thermexx containers,
are lightweight, less than 3.5kg even for the largest
container.
Available in a range of sizes Thermexx containers are
ideal for home delivery, catering events, farmers markets
and specialist food companies operating a door to door
